The QT8-15 Block Making Machine from Shandong Dongfengshuanglong Machinery Co., Ltd. is a versatile machine that can produce pavement bricks, riverside bricks, revetment bricks, square bricks, grassed bricks, and more with different moulds.

Featuring low frequency in feeding material and high frequency vibration, this machine utilizes platform vibrating that works in conjunction with the mould to ensure the concrete is fully fluidized and exhausted in just two or three seconds, resulting in high density.

The machine's advanced hydraulic-controlled proportion technique allows for flexible handling of the oil press and system amount, enabling the production of high-quality products using different materials.

All operations are controlled by a PLC system with in and out date devices for seamless person-machine interaction. The control system also includes advanced safety logic and fault diagnosis systems.
